Welcome 2022
Hello everyone, it is almost that time. The holidays are upon us and it is almost time to welcome in 2022. We have a lot going on here at Crafty Crops, and I want to take this opportunity to share some of it with you as well as wish all of you a safe, happy and healthy holiday season.
New Pricing Structure
Because of Covid, many of you do not want to share this space with others and we totally understand. So, to make that possible and keep our bills paid, Don and I have decided to change to a tiered pricing structure effective January 1, 2022.
First, let me tell you that all crops booked before today, November 1, 2021, with at least 3 deposits paid by the end of the year will remain at $150 for 3 days and $40 for each extra night. Regardless of the number of croppers.
So, here is the new pricing structure:
If you are a group of 4 people, the price will be $200.00 per person for 3 days and 2 nights. The price for extra days will be $50 per night per person. (If you are a group of less than 4 people, I will still schedule you, but your crop will be considered an open crop. Your group will still get a bedroom to yourselves, but you may be sharing the crop room with another group. Your final amount due will be determined by the total number of guests for that weekend.)
If you are a group of 5 to 7, the price will be $175.00 per person for 3 days and 2 nights. The price for extra days will be $45 per night per person.
If you are a group of 8 or larger, the price will remain at $150 per person for 3 days and 2 nights. The price for extra days will remain at $40.00 per night per person.
Any guests attending for 2 days and only 1 night, the price will be $120 regardless of the number of guests. The price for any single day crop will be $30.
Crops scheduled for the first quarter of 2022 (January, February and March) with deposits paid by Midnight on 12/31/21 will receive current pricing of $150 per person with $40 for an extra day. All crops booked for after the first quarter will be priced according to the new schedule.
For any crop to be considered booked by 12/31/21, I must receive at least 3 deposits of $50 each by midnight on 12/31/21.
Crops begin at noon on the first day and end at 4pm on the last day.

Memberships
I am excited to share with you the new Membership program. A few of you took great advantage of your memberships over the past 2 years and I want you to know, you still have 2 months to go. As you already know, Crafty Crops extended all memberships, (purchased or won) to the end of this year. On December 31, 2021, all current memberships will expire. However, any crops you book for the remainder of 2021 will still cost anyone with a membership just $100. We still have the entire month of December open and available for crops.
Effective January 1, 2022, a new Membership program, in line with the new pricing structure will be available. The program will cost $200, and you will receive 30% off the price of your crop for 1 year from the date of purchase. So, the pricing will be as follows:

New Year’s Rock’n Crop
2021 to 2022
It’s coming, and there is still plenty of space available!
This year, the New Year’s Rock’n Crop will begin at 4:00 on Thursday, December 30, 2021 and continue until 4pm on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
I have already started gathering up prizes and gifts and we will even have a few projects this year. I promise you will have a lot of fun and everyone will go home with much more than you came with.
I am working on the menu and plan to offer dinner for Friday night and Saturday night. There will be bread, milk and eggs here so you can fix what you want for breakfast. All other meals will be on you. I will create a group when we get closer so all guests will have the opportunity to coordinate their efforts and make the other meals easy.
The best part is, the cost is $200.00 for all 4 days and 2 nights. If you cannot make it all 4 days, please contact me after December 15 to make arrangements for any open spots. Your spot will not be secure until I receive a $50 non-refundable deposit.
