Refund policy
All events must be scheduled ahead of time by talking with Christine. She can be reached at 816.373.5600
A $50 deposit is required to hold a spot for each guest. This can be accomplished through the website, www.craftycrops.com or via PayPal to christine@craftycrops.com.
No monies are refundable; however, any money deposited will be assigned to another visit as long as the cancellation is completed by phone (816.373.5600) or email (christine@craftycrops.com) at least 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the 2-day notice is not given, Crafty Crops reserves the right to retain the guest’s deposit. If the event was paid for in full, the balance of the payment will always be paid forward to another event.
Food Policy
I DO NOT cook. However, there is plenty of food “stuffs” stocked in the kitchen at Crafty Crops so there is no need for you to bring food. Due to food allergies, I have decided not to do any cooking. However, you can cook anything you want. There are 2 induction burners available with a full set of cookware for you to cook anything you want. The refrigerator is full size. The microwave is also a convection oven. There is even an ice maker. I do provide a loaf of bread, a dozen eggs and a ½ gallon of 2% milk for your convenience. There is individual packets of any condiments you may need from butter to peanut butter including mustard and ketchup and everything in between. There are protein bars and mac & cheese. There is tuna fish and pad thai. There is IceTea (unsweet), some energy drinks and water in the fridge. And, there is of course coffee.
If cooking for your self is not your style, there are many restaurants in the immediate area. There is Cracker Barrell, Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Hardees and McDonalds just at the bottom of the hill. A couple of miles in either direction brings you to many other options. Then, of course, there is always Dominos. If you need more information, just give me a call and I will be happy to help anyway I can.
