New Pricing Structure

As of January 1, 2026, I am being forced to raise my prices across the board.  It is amazing the cost of maintenance.  I have always had my own personal maintenance man.  With Don gone I am having to pay for all the little things that he was able to do.  Please be patient with me as I get this all in place.  Frist let me tell you that all crops booked before September 1, 2025 will remain at the old pricing.

So, here is the new pricing structure:

If you are a group of 4 people, the price will be $225.00 per person for 3 days and 2 nights.  The price for extra days will be $50 per night per person.  (If you are a group of less than 4 people, I will still schedule you, but your crop will be considered an open crop.  Your group will still get a bedroom to yourselves, but you may be sharing the crop room with another group.  Your final amount due will be determined by the total number of guests for that weekend.)

If you are a group of 5 to 6, the price will be $200.00 per person for 3 days and 2 nights.  The price for extra days will be $50 per night per person.  

If you are a group of 7 or larger, the price will be $175.00 per person for 3 days and 2 nights.  The price for extra days will be $50.00 per night per person.

Any guests attending for 2 days and only 1 night, the price will be $125 regardless of the number of guests. 

Single day crops will be handled a little different.  If you are coming for 1 day and packing up and going home, the price will be $30.  However, if you are coming for the weekend with friends and not staying the night but leaving your craft stuff here, the price per day will be $35.00.

The actual cost per person will be determined on the actual number of people who attend.  Because of that, any deposits paid will be held on account to be used at a future date for that person only.  If someone wants to substitute for them at that crop, I can transfer the deposit to the substitute person (again for that crop only).

Deposits will continue to be considered non-refundable!

Crops begin at noon on the first day and end at 4pm on the last day.
