New Policy for Deposits (10/1/2022)
Your weekend is not secure until at least one deposit is made. All deposits for the group are due the first of the month prior to the month of your event. For example, if your event is scheduled for March, all deposits must be in by February 1. Deposits are not refundable. However, they can be moved or transferred to another person or date. If the entire group needs to reschedule or cancel, your deposits will remain in your account as a store credit ready for your next visit. However, if the entire group needs to cancel the event, you must give a minimum of 30 days’ notice, or your deposits will be forfeited.
